AOE RV, part of The Auscamper Group, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Service Centre Manager to lead our Burpengary service operation.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for managing the day‐to‐day workflow of the Service Centre, leading a team of technicians and delivering an excellent experience for our customers.
n
You will also work closely with The Auscamper Group Warranty Team to coordinate and book warranty repairs for caravans and camper trailers.

About the role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Leading, supporting and coordinating a team of service technicians
n
Managing customer bookings for servicing, repairs, warranty work and accessory installations
n
Working closely with The Auscamper Group Warranty Team to schedule approved warranty repairs
n
Assessing incoming service requests and gathering the required information from customers
n
Planning the daily and weekly workshop schedule
n
Allocating work based on technician availability, experience and workload
n
Monitoring jobs to ensure they are completed efficiently and to a high standard
n
Keeping customers informed about booking dates, repair progress, delays and completion times
n
Preparing quotes and obtaining customer approval before additional work is completed
n
Coordinating the ordering and availability of parts and accessories
n
Reviewing completed work and supporting final quality‐control checks
n
Maintaining accurate job cards, customer records, photographs and supporting documentation
n
Managing warranty documentation and communicating repair outcomes to the relevant warranty team
n
Identifying workflow issues and implementing practical improvements
n
Monitoring team productivity, workshop performance and agreed KPIs
n
Ensuring the workshop is maintained as a safe, clean and professional working environment
n




Promoting a positive team culture focused on accountability, workmanship and customer service
n
Assisting with escalated customer concerns and finding practical, professional solutions
n
About you
n
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:
n
Previous experience within the caravan, camper trailer, RV or automotive service industry
n
Experience managing or coordinating a busy service centre or workshop
n
Strong knowledge of caravan servicing, repairs, accessories and warranty processes
n
Experience leading and allocating work to technicians or tradespeople
n
Excellent customer-service and communication skills
n
Strong organisation, scheduling and time‐management abilities
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
Confidence handling customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
n
Solid attention to detail and accurate record‐keeping skills
n
Sound computer skills and the ability to learn booking, warranty and business systems
n
A practical, solutions‐focused approach
n
A commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship and team accountability
n
A current Australian driver licence & experience in towing
n
Trade qualifications or hands‐on technical experience would be highly regarded but are not essential for the right candidate with strong caravan industry and service‐management experience.

What we offer
n
Salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience
