Talent Acqusition Officer - Full time Permanent Heatherton | Fully On-site | ASAP Start

Own the recruitment function and make it your own! We are looking for a Recruitment Officer with blue collar or operational recruitment experience to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function, partnering closely with the Operations Manager and wider business! This is a standalone Talent Acquisition role suited to someone who enjoys having ownership, working at pace and seeing the direct impact of their recruitment.

Managing blue collar end-to-end reruitment

Building and maintaining talent pipelines
n
Managing pre-employment checks and compliance
n
Coordinating onboarding and inductions
n
Building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
n




Supporting retention and engagement
n
Improving recruitment processes and systems
n
n
About you
n
n
1-3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience
n
Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
n
Confidence managing competing priorities
n
n
