SALARY - $130,000 - $140,000 per annum, dependent on experience

My client delivers engineering projects across the civil construction and infrastructure sectors. They are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join their growing team in Adelaide on a permanent basis.
n
The Project Administrator will ideally have the following attributes:
n
n
At least 3 years of experience in a similar Project Administrator or Project Coordinator position
n
Previous experience working within civil construction, infrastructure or a similar engineering project environment
n
Strong administration and organisational skills
n
Experienced supporting projects from commencement through to completion
n
Strong skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
n
Experienced managing project documentation, reports, registers and records
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
n
Able to coordinate multiple tasks and work to deadlines
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with project teams, contractors,



suppliers and clients
n
Able to work well individually as well as part of a team
n
n
The Project Administrator role will involve:
n
n
Providing administrative support across a range of civil construction and infrastructure projects
n
Maintaining project documentation, registers, records and filing systems
n
Assisting Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day project administration
n
Preparing project reports, correspondence and documentation
n
Coordinating meetings, project schedules and actions
n
Tracking project deliverables, deadlines and documentation
n
Liaising with contractors, suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders
n
Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and other project-related administration
n
Supporting the preparation and submission of project documentation
n
Ensuring project records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
n
Working within a small, collaborative team across varied engineering and infrastructure projects
