Data centre room builds and fit-outs

Data hall installations

High-density fibre and copper cabling

Fibre termination, splicing and testing

Rack and stack

Large-scale critical infrastructure projects

The Opportunity
n
You'll be part of experienced project teams delivering telecommunications infrastructure across large-scale data centre environments.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Fibre optic and copper cabling installation
n
Cat6A and high-density fibre systems
n
MPO/MTP installations
n
Data centre room builds and fit-outs
n
Rack and stack
n
Containment, cable pathways and cable management
n
Fibre termination, testing and commissioning
n
Equipment installation and final fit-off
n
Working from drawings, cable schedules and specifications
n
Labelling, QA and project handover documentation
n
n
Requirements
n
n
ACMA Open Cabling Registration – essential
n
White Card & Driver's Licence – essential
n
Structured, Fibre and/or Coax endorsements – highly regarded
n
Victorian Electrical Licence – desirable
n
Strong experience in telecommunications or structured cabling
n
Ability to read drawings, cable schedules and technical documentation
n
Robust safety awareness and attention to detail
n
Reliable, professional and team-focused approach
