This is your opportunity to earn while you learn, completing a Certificate III in Individual Support while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive and rewarding environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to provide compassionate care and support to residents while building a meaningful and fulfilling career.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Delivering compassionate care and support to help residents with their daily living needs
Assisting with activities that promote wellbeing, independence and quality of life
Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents health and wellbeing
Participate in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) training and activities
Building positive relationships with residents, families and team members
IS THIS YOU?
Caring & patient individual with passion for helping others
Positive attitude and able to adapt to varying situations




Physically fit and enjoy being active in a hands on role
Willing to complete pre-employment checks and required vaccinations, where applicable.
