We're seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing company located in Melbourne's Bayside and southeastern suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Mon - Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
n
Payrate: $***** per hour
n
Mixing and Sheeting Department
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Operate machinery used in the production of rubber and polymer plastic products.
n
Mixing and bagging carbon black and synthetic materials to produce rubber.
n
Place correct stamping tool to identify what rubber has been extruded.
n
Monitor machinery, mix compound ingredients.
n
Safely handle knives for rubber cutting.
n
Remove creases, and re-roll liners.
n
Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Contribute to a productive and positive team environment.
n

What We're Looking For




n
n
Previous experience in machine operation within a manufacturing setting.
n
Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
n
Current Police Check and Driver's Licence.
n
Solid time management, reliability, and work ethic.
n
Safety-focused with solid attention to detail.
n
Team player who can also work independently.
n
