We're looking for experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our Ability Plus Team, providing outstanding person-centred care to Participants in their homes and communities.
We're passionate about helping our Participants live safely, independently, and with dignity — and we're looking for Support Workers who share that same commitment.
About You
We're seeking Support Workers who:
Hold a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
Have experience in Complex Care delivery, or are keen to receive training and mentoring
Are reliable, empathetic, and passionate about supporting others to live their best life
