With strong wholesale foundations and a growing ecommerce presence, the business is entering an exciting new chapter and looking for a creative, hands‐on Communications & Brand Manager to help shape the brand voice and build deeper connection with its community.

It's for someone who loves creating meaningful content, spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning brand stories into engaging experiences across digital channels.

You'll work closely with founders and well-established cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, launches, product stories, and community engagement to life.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Content & Brand Storytelling
n
n
Collaborating across the brand's holistic communications strategy and execution
n
Define and refine customer audience personas and develop a communication strategy across all channels:
n
including tone of voice, content pillars, messaging, key occasions, and channel-specific rubrics, mapped into a rolling seasonal communications calendar.
n
Create and execute engaging social and content strategies aligned with business goals
n
Bring creative ideas to life across social, email, website and campaigns
n




Help shape the brand voice and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
n
Support catalogue copy, product descriptions, campaigns and storytelling
n
n
Social Media & Community
n
n
Own day-to-day social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
n
Create, coordinate and publish content across channels
n
Engage with the community, respond to comments and foster authentic brand relationships
n
Monitor conversations around the brand and identify opportunities for engagement
n
Experiment with new content formats, trends and platform opportunities
n
n
Influencer & Partnership Management
n
n
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators and brand partners
n
Coordinate influencer collaborations and gifting campaigns
n
Help grow reach, trust and brand awareness through aligned partnerships
n
n
Trend Spotting & Innovation
n
n
Stay on top of social trends, content formats, AI tools and platform changes
n
Maintain an awareness of best-in-class brand activity and elevated story telling
n
Bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to the table
n
n
About you
n
You're creative, proactive and commercially minded.



You enjoy both strategy and execution and have initiative.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
n
3+ years experience in communications, content or digital marketing
n
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
n
Understanding of social channels and evolving brand awareness
n
Experience with tools like Canva, Meta, TikTok, CapCut or similar
n
Curiosity around AI and emerging marketing tools
n
Strong organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
n
n
Considered favourably:
n
n
Ecommerce or retail brand experience
n
Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle and design
n
Influencer or creator partnership experience
n
n
