Trustpower Solar is a growing B2B solar distributor supplying panels, inverters, batteries, and balance-of-system components. As demand for solar continues to grow, we're looking for a Key Account Manager to engage with new and existing customers developing business opportunities.

About the role
n
The Key Account Manager will have a positive, resilient and confident personality and will act as a liaison with major accounts on various projects, provide product/service information, process orders, complete quotes and negotiate sales.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, becoming their go-to point of contact
n
Follow up on enquiries and quotes to convert them into confirmed orders
n
Keep up to date with recent products, technologies, and industry standards to advise customers accurately
n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in our CRM
n
Coordinate with Operations on order fulfilment and delivery timing
n




Identify opportunities to grow accounts through additional products or repeat business
n
Represent the company at industry events, trade days, and customer site visits
n

About you
n
n
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or technical sales — experience in solar, renewable energy, or the electrical/trade industry highly regarded
n
Strong product/technical aptitude, or willingness to quickly learn solar system components
n
Excellent communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
n
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with trade customers
n
Comfortable using CRM systems to manage customer records and quotes
n
Well organised, responsive, and detail-oriented when preparing quotes
n
Valid driver's licence for customer visits
n
