(Full Time/Casual)
role would suit a customer focused and self-driven operator with a passion for delivering no matter the obstacle. In return, you will be rewarded with great equipment, competitive rates and allowances and job security with ongoing employment.
The Job n
n
Flexible with working varied hours, including weekends and overtime with penalty rates (Start time and finish time)
n
Work to deliver high levels of service to our customers through effectively transporting general freight supporting the (Which Branch) community
n
Take responsibility for safely and securely loading and unloading a variety of freight with some manual handling of parcel freight
n
Completing daily vehicle inspections and necessary paperwork including pre-start checks as well as filling out run sheets, PODs and logbooks
n
Operate a forklift or pallet jack to load and unload general freight (Regional only) (Optional)

Qualifications n
n




Hold a current MR license (and Forklift Ticket (LF)) with proven experience operating a Heavy Vehicle for a minimum of 2 years
n
A strong level of resilience and ability to problem solve coupled with the capability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment
n
Have a passion for going the extra mile to provide high level service to all our customers
n
Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, as well as a criminal history check if required
n
