We are seeking a casual Accounts Assistant to join the team at Aufocus in Moorabbin, Victoria. This is an excellent prospect to support our accounting and administrative function. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and accounts support, helping to ensure smooth financial operations across the organisation. This position offers flexibility and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive workplace.

What you'll be doing
n
Processing invoices, purchase orders and monitoring expense claims with accuracy and attention to detail
n
Maintaining and updating financial records and documentation in accordance with company procedures
n
Data entry and filing of accounting documents, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility
n
Communicating with internal departments and external vendors regarding invoicing and payment matters
n
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements as required
n
What we're looking for
n
(Must have experience in Myob)
n
Proven experience in an administrative or accounts support role, or equivalent demonstrated capability
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
n




Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
n
Sound written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Familiarity with accounting software or experience using financial systems
n
Professional approach to confidential financial information
