Complete residential and commercial cleaning to REALCLEAN's standards
Perform regular house cleans and deep cleans
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms and other assigned areas
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
Follow REALCLEAN cleaning procedures and checklists
Travel between customer locations using your own vehicle
Work independently while maintaining a high standard of work
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or shortages
Complete jobs efficiently and within the allocated time
Represent REALCLEAN professionally at every customer visit
Skill & Experience
No previous cleaning experience required – full training provided




Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Good time management and ability to work efficiently
Comfortable working independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically fit and comfortable performing cleaning duties
Skilled, friendly and respectful attitude
Able to travel between customer locations
Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required
Must be willing to complete a police check before commencing employment
