Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is growing our casual educator pool at Tarneit Sayers and is looking for experienced and flexible Float / Relief Educators to join our team.
n
As a Casual Educator, no two days will be the same! You'll have the prospect to work across different rooms, support a variety of age groups and build strong relationships with children and educators throughout the service.
n
About the Role
n
As a Float / Relief Educator, you will play an important role in supporting our centre by providing reliable, hands-on assistance wherever it's needed.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing support across all rooms and age groups within the service
n
Stepping into different rooms and adapting quickly to each team's needs
n
Creating safe, engaging and welcoming environments for children
n
Supporting educators with daily routines and learning experiences
n
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
n
Following established routines, programs and centre practices
n
Maintaining a strong focus on children's safety, wellbeing and development
n
Supporting the team with ratio coverage when required
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for educators who are reliable, knowledgeable and ready to jump in where needed.
n
You'll bring:
n




n
Experience working in early childhood education
n
Relevant Early Childhood Education qualifications or current study towards a qualification
n
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
n
The confidence to work across different rooms and age groups
n
A sound understanding of children's learning, development and wellbeing
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A positive and proactive attitude
n
The ability to quickly build relationships with children and teams
n
Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
n
n
