Key responsibilities
Handling patient enquiries and booking appointments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Assisting with the preparation of medical documents and correspondence
Providing excellent customer service to patients
Liaising with other healthcare providers and external organisations
About you
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administration role will be highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using medical practice software and MS Office applications




A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
