Central Coast NSW (projects can run Central Coast, Sydney to Newcastle)
Full-time Hours | Pay grade based | Company vehicle + fuel card + tolls | OT paid at applicable rates | 7:00 am starts (on-site)

What you'll be doing
Run crews on asbestos (non-friable) and demolition sites
Lead pre-starts/toolboxes and enforce PPE and WHS standards
Ensure site paperwork is completed correctly and on time
Coordinate site logistics, truck movements, and disposal runs
Keep productivity high while maintaining compliance and quality
Coach, develop, and hold the crew accountable to standards
Represent the business professionally on-site with clients and the public

How time is tracked
Hours are tracked via the company system app with supervisor approval.
