An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedPMO Governance & Assurance Managerto support the effective governance and oversight of a complex portfolio of programs and projects.
You will drivegovernance, planning, reporting, assurance and continuous improvementacross a high-profile Defence environment.
The successfulPMO Governance & Assurance Managerwill be based inAdelaide, supporting portfolio-level governance, reporting and delivery activities across multiple concurrent programs and projects.
The successful PMO Governance & Assurance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing PMO governance frameworks, standards and reporting processes.
Coordinating governance forums, stage gates and portfolio assurance activities.
Monitoring and reporting risks, issues, dependencies and portfolio performance.
Developing executive dashboards, reporting packs and governance artefacts.
The successful PMO Governance & Assurance Manager will have experience in the following:
PMO management, portfolio governance and project assurance.
Executive reporting, dashboards and portfolio performance monitoring.
Risk, issue, dependency and change control governance.
Program/project frameworks, standards and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience supportingcomplex portfolios and multidisciplinary delivery teamswill be essential andDefence industry experience is highly regarded.
