Job Description
Focused on renewable energy projects for blue chip commercial and industrial businesses,
this role owns end-to-end program delivery and reporting, leading a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators.
You'll be accountable for protected, on-time, on-budget delivery, portfolio profitability, and continuous improvement of workflow and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Safe and successful delivery of all projects in the program
Portfolio profitability and internal budget allocation
Leading and resourcing a team of project managers, engineers and coordinators
Developing and improving workflow processes
Developing and improving performance reporting, including financial and resource management
Direct project management delivery where required
First point of escalation for incidents or disputes




Management of program risk
Technical scope finalisation (pre- and post-sales), including failure mode analysis for hybrid systems
What You'll Bring
Experience in commercial grid-connected solar and storage project management
Strong risk management and technical scoping skills
Proven leadership, mentoring and team management ability
A track record in project management and performance delivery
Process development and management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple teams
