Customer Service Officer- Airline Check In
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries in person
Provide accurate information about products and services
Work closely with other team members to resolve customer issues
Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
About you
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and professional manner
Strong problem-solving skills
Valuable computer and administration skills such as Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Australian drivers's licence essential
Consent to medical checks inc drug and alcohol testing
Availability to work split shifts and weekend work
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
