Job Description
Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help care for children and young people in a 24/7 residential setting in Queensland.
You will build trusting relationships, support schooling, life skills and recreation while promoting safety and wellbeing.
You will work with families, schools and professionals to support growth, independence and resilience, while contributing to a compassionate, inclusive team committed to positive outcomes for young people.
