D&N; Painting and Maintenance is expanding and we're looking for a highly organised, confident and people‐focused Operations Manager to coordinate our projects across the region.
This role oversees

, ensuring they run smoothly, safely and on schedule. You'll manage job programming, client communication, ordering, stock control, costings and liaison with internal team leads and external site supervisors.
You do NOT need a trade background
– we're looking for someone with strong operational coordination experience, ideally from construction, trades, facilities or service industries.
You will need
to be eligible for and obtain a Defence Common Access Card.
What you'll do
Schedule and program commercial painting jobs
Communicate with clients, builders and site supervisors
Manage ordering, stock control and supplier returns
Oversee job costings,



variations and back‐costing
Coordinate inductions, job packs and compliance requirements
Support team leads and promote robust WHS culture
Assist with tenders, quotations and new business opportunities
