EML seeks a dedicated skilled to manage a portfolio of NSW Police workers compensation claims from our Gosford office. You will liaise with injured workers, employers and health professionals, and contribute to strategic return‐to‐work plans.

Hybrid work is available, with up to two days remote. Responsibilities include handling physical and psychological injury claims, building empathetic relationships, and coordinating recovery plans with internal teams and external providers.
