Snap Fitness Lane Cove is a new and exciting gym bringing premium 24/7 fitness to the local community. We're looking for a motivated, people-focused Gym Assistant to join our team and help create an outstanding member experience for our community

This is a hands-on role that combines sales, marketing, cleaning, and day-to-day club operations. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Member Experience
n
n
Welcoming members and guests with a friendly, professional approach
n
Conducting club tours and handling new member enquiries
n
Selling memberships, personal training, and club services
n
Following up leads and supporting sales targets
n
Building strong relationships with members and the local community
n
n
Marketing & Promotions
n
n
Assisting with local marketing initiatives and campaigns
n
Supporting social media content (photos, reels, stories, in-club posts)
n
Helping promote the club through local outreach and partnerships
n
Assisting with events, launches, and promotional activities
n
n
Cleaning & Club Presentation
n
n




Maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across the club
n
Regular cleaning of gym equipment, amenities, and common areas
n
Ensuring the gym is always welcoming, safe, and visually appealing
n
n
General Operations
n
n
Opening and closing the club as required
n
Handling member queries and basic administration
n
Ensuring policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
n
n
About You
n

Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
n
Sales-driven with a proactive mindset
n
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Comfortable with cleaning duties as part of the role
n
Passion for fitness and helping others (gym experience preferred but not essential)
n
