Working as part of the Portfolio and Governance team, the role contributes to portfolio‐level analysis, reporting and coordination activities that support informed decision‐making by senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
The role works closely with senior portfolio analysts, project teams and governance functions to help maintain accurate portfolio information, surface emerging issues and support the smooth operation of portfolio processes.
The role provides a development opportunity for building skills in portfolio management, governance and analysis within a complex, technology‐enabled setting, while contributing practical, high‐quality support to portfolio planning and oversight activities.

What you need
Supports the application of ICT portfolio management frameworks, processes and governance requirements across the project portfolio.
Assists in maintaining portfolio data, documentation and artefacts in accordance with agreed standards and processes.
Prepares clear, accurate portfolio reports, summaries and supporting materials for senior analysts and governance forums.
