About the role

This role is a full-time office-based role, in Heidelberg West
n
A great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to effectively manage the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims. Working on a broad range of projects in the $20,000 to $100,000range, you will be responsible for providing support to our project delivery team, includingbut not limited to the following:
n
n
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.
n
Preparation of project documentation.
n
Liaise with Project Manager daily
n
Accurate preparation of invoices to ensure compliance with contracts
n
Assist with Trade Onboarding and Compliance
n
n
The Successful Applicant
n




To be considered for this position you will have a dedicated level of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
n
Experience within the Insurance Building Industry or Domestic Building Industry highly regarded.
n
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
n
Results focused and self-driven nature.
n
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
n
Robust communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
n
Develop relationships with clients and subcontractors.
n
n
This role will be subject to a National Police Check
n
