Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Welders for ongoing opportunities with our client at their manufacturing facility in Kilsyth.

These are hands‐on manufacturing roles producing vehicle accessory products. The successful candidates will work as part of a skilled production team, producing high‐quality components in line with engineering drawings, SOPs and daily production requirements.

Whilst qualifications are not necessary for the role, experience is highly regarded.

Attractive payrate of $*****p/h

Long term, Monday to Friday prospect

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Weld and fabricate premium vehicle protection products including bull bars, wings, side rails, rear bars, underbody vehicle protection and other components
n
Perform MIG, TIG and Pulse welding
n
Complete grinding and finishing of fabricated components
n
Complete First Offs and Last Offs in accordance with ARB quality procedures
n
Read and understand Engineering Drawings and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
n
Meet daily production schedules and production targets
n
Carry out general fabrication, assembly and manufacturing duties
n




Maintain welding and fabrication equipment to ensure efficient operation
n
Ensure fabricated products meet required quality standards
n
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
n
Attend daily toolbox meetings
n
Complete general housekeeping duties
n

Requirements
n
n
MIG, TIG and Pulse welding experience highly regarded
n
Experience setting up brake press tools and dies
n
Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings and SOPs
n
Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
