Educational Leader
to mentor our team, elevate educational practices and create incredible learning experiences for our little learners.

nAbout the Role n

As our
Educational Leader
, you'll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

nYou'll Be Supported With n

1 dedicated day off the floor each week
n
n
1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the team
n
n
The prospect to float across the service as needed
n
n
n
nAbout You n
n
You'll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with previous Educational Leader and/or management experience highly regarded.
n
nYou'll Also Bring n
n

A passion for mentoring and developing educators
n
n




Solid knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
n
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
n
A current Working with Children Check
n
n
Australian Working Rights
