The Role:

news@MKY will introduce you to a new shopping experience where products lay ready to surprise and delight. In tandem with a wide range of curated news/magazines, books, gifts, and travel essentials, news@MKY will place a spotlight on brands that celebrate Mackay, Queensland and its surrounds
n
We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Mackay Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Availability for at least three days across the week
n
What You'll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
n
Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
n
Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
n
Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
n
Assist customers with queries in a friendly, skilled manner
n

What We're Looking For:

Passion and confidence for customer service & sales
n
Confident communicator with a positive attitude
n
Well-groomed & professionally presented
n
Retail experience? Great! But not essential- we'll train you!
n
Flexible availability (early mornings, nights,



weekends & holidays)

Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
