The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Northern Territory team, delivering key infrastructure projects across Darwin, Katherine and surrounding regions.
n
Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the successful delivery of civil construction projects while leading high-performing teams, managing client relationships and ensuring strong commercial, safety and operational outcomes.
n

Projects You'll Deliver
n
Our NT portfolio includes:

Residential and industrial land developments
n
Water and sewer infrastructure upgrades
n
Road infrastructure projects for local councils
n
Defence infrastructure projects
n
Community infrastructure and urban development works
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the planning and delivery of civil construction projects
n
Develop construction methodologies,



staging and programming strategies
n
Drive safety, environmental and quality performance across projects
n
Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial performance
n
Lead and develop high-performing project teams
n
Build and maintain strong client, consultant and stakeholder relationships
n
Ensure compliance with contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements
n
Oversee subcontractor management and work package development
n
Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
n
10+ years' experience within the civil construction industry
n
Previous project management experience in civil infrastructure delivery
n
Experience across earthworks, drainage, roads and community infrastructure projects
n
Strong commercial acumen and contract management capability
n
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
n
Proven stakeholder and client relationship management experience
n
A collaborative leadership style focused on team success
n

Highly regarded:
n
n
Experience across both project delivery and estimating functions
n




Experience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
n
Exposure to Defence, government or major infrastructure projects
n
n
