We are currently seeking full time positions of Certificate III Educators who arepassionate about early childhood education and care and hasexperience in the sector.

As a Diploma & Certificate III Educator your rolewill entail:
n
n
Building positive and
caringrelationships
with the children and their families
n
Applying your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
n
Observing, documenting, interpreting and evaluating the children's progress,
n
Keeping informed about the NQF,



NQS and the current National Regulations plus current thinking, research and practice while implementing the EYLF
n
Planning and programming an outstanding educational program for our children
n
Complying with the relevant government regulations
n
Meet and exceed the individual needs of each child in all areas of their development
n
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
n
Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children
n
n
Skills and experience you will need:
n
n
Recognised Early Childhood Qualification (Certificate Three in Childcare)
n
Passion for Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Skills to lead other educators, inspiring them to excel as you deliver care and educational programs
n
A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
n
Current First Aid and CPR Training
n
Child Protection Certificate
n
Hold a current Working with Children Check
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
