Modern Sydney CBD showroom in a premium retail/hospitality precinct
Responsibilities
Managing the full sales cycle including outreach, appointment setting, consultations, closing, and follow-up
Generating and booking your own appointments and developing your own pipeline
Delivering high-quality in-showroom consultations for professionals across law, finance, property, and private business
Maintaining accurate pipeline activity, follow-ups, and client notes in the CRM
Building repeat and referral business through exceptional service and relationship management




Consistently meeting monthly activity and sales targets, with average transactions of $2k–$3k
Requirements
2+ years' quota-carrying, direct sales experience (B2B, services, advisory, or premium retail sales)
Proven ability to run a high-activity pipeline and take full ownership of outcomes
Confident communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing
Experience using a CRM to manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups
Professional presentation and confidence engaging senior business clients
Genuine interest in style, quality, and delivering a premium customer experience
