Architecting and building complex, scalable data pipelines

Designing modern data platforms and cloud-based solutions
n
Working hands-on across Python, SQL, Spark / PySpark and Databricks
n
Leading technical design and contributing to architecture decisions
n
Conducting code reviews and mentoring engineers
n
Working directly with clients to understand problems and shape practical solutions
n
Driving secure, resilient and cost-effective engineering outcomes

What we're looking for
n
n
5+ years' experience across Data Engineering or Software Engineering
n
Strong Python and SQL
n
Databricks and Spark / PySpark
n
Git, CI/CD and modern engineering practices
n
Experience across AWS, Azure or GCP
n
Consulting or highly client-facing delivery experience
n
Strong communication, commercial judgement and high EQ
n
Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly across changing environments
n
Relevant technical degree
n
n
The Senior role is specifically positioned as the lead builder and technical mentor, with responsibility across architecture, code quality, mentoring and end-to-end delivery.
