Job Description
As a Night Auditor at Best Western Melbourne City, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Based in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, you will be responsible for a range of front office and guest services tasks that are crucial to delivering an exceptional experience for our valued guests.

What you'll be doing

Performing end-of-day audits and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
n
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and managing reservations
n
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift
n
Maintaining the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and conducting regular property checks
n
Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating hotel records
n
Collaborating with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the hotel is well-presented and functioning efficiently
n

What we're looking for

Relevant experience in a similar night audit or front office role, preferably within the hospitality industry
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively handle guest inquiries and concerns
n
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
n
Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications
n
A commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
n
Applicants must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
