About the role:
n
Working as an integral part of the team, you will be a key point of contact for customers and will be responsible for:
n
n
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Processing customer orders and preparing quotations
n
Following up enquiries, quotations and orders
n
Providing product and service information
n
Resolving customer queries and issues
n
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met
n




Identifying opportunities to support sales growth
n
Maintaining accurate customer records and information
n
n
About you:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or sales administration
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills
n
SAP or ERP experience will be highly regarded
n
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering or technical environment is advantageous
n
