Northern Sydney Local Health District seeks an Exercise Physiologist to deliver personalised, evidence-based exercise programs for adolescents in the Brolga unit at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, deliver health promotion activities, and support the clinical lead in developing tailored exercise interventions for physical wellbeing and safety.
