Disability, Mental Health, Forensic Mental Health, Supported Independent Living (SIL), In Home Services and Complex Care.
About the Role:
You will provide person centred support to participants with diverse and complex needs, including:
Forensic and Behaviour Support (including Restrictive Practice)
High Intensity and 24/7 care
Personal care, skill building and community access
Support within Supported Independent Living (SIL) and other accommodation settings
Maintain accurate records, shift notes and incident reports.
Work collaboratively with participants, families and the wider care team.
Experience in
Mental Health and /or the Disability sector
Capacity to work
flexible schedule
(weekdays, weekends, sleepovers and active nights)




Compassion, Reliability, and
Strong Professional Boundaries
Enrolled in or completed Certificate III in Individual Support, Disabilities or Mental Health (minimum).
Current CPR certification.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
NDIS Orientation Module.
Working With Children Check (WWCC) if supporting children.
Current National Police Check (Preferred)
Current Australian driver's licence - Reliable insured vehicle or ability to use company vehicles.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia (or visa with 24+ hrs/week).
Preferred
First Aid (HLTAID011) certification (can be obtained after hire).
