The role has a strong focus on accuracy and timely processing, with the position responsible for helping achieve order accuracy and processing in-stock orders within ***** hours.
About You
We're looking for someone who is process-driven, detail-oriented and takes pride in getting things right the first time.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your workload
A friendly, respectful and collaborative approach when working with others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Strong customer service skills and an understanding of the importance of the customer experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Previous experience in ecommerce fulfilment, logistics or customer service is highly regarded. Experience with inventory systems, eParcel, Pronto or Shopify, or previous experience within jewellery retail, would also be advantageous.
What We Offer
In return for your dedication, we offer an attractive salary package and generous staff discounts.
You'll receive support from an experienced team committed to your success, along with opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression within one of Australia's leading jewellery companies.
You'll also enjoy the benefit of a Monday–Friday roster, 8:00am–4:00pm, based at our Newstead Head Office.
Please note: Due to the nature of our business and the importance of our peak Christmas trading period, an annual leave blackout period applies from October through January.
Successful candidates will be required to provide a national police history check as part of the recruitment process with Wallace Bishop.
If you're organised, efficient and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a process through from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.
