Job Description
Work as aSenior Business AnalystsupportingComplaints (50%)andDeceased Estates (50%).
Gather and documentbusiness requirementsfrom stakeholders.
Analyse current processes and identifygaps, impacts,



and improvement areas.
Work closely withbusiness and Agile delivery teams.
Prepareprocess flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.
SupportUAT, testing, and business readiness activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Assist withprocess improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.
Experience inbanking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estatesis highly desirable.
Strongstakeholder management and communication skillsrequired.
