Job Description
Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a qualified social worker to provide specialist assessment, counselling, advocacy and education to renal patients and families.
You will deliver high-level social work intervention across Renal Supportive Care, participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to education and quality improvement while supporting students and supervision of staff.
