Waste Industry Drivers - Side Arm Vehicle

Solo Resource Recovery is a fully Australian, family owned and operated business, supplying waste removal and recycling services throughout Australia for over 90 years.

We are seeking a full time heavy vehicle driver to operate a Side Arm vehicle (Dual Control) for our Frankston domestic kerbside waste contract located at our Carrum Downs depot.

Experience would be preferred but not essential.
n
To be successful in this role you must:
n

have a HR licence as a minimum;
n
have a good driving history (a current driving record will be required to be presented at the interview);
n
be reliable, honest and a team player;
n
be safety conscious and have the ability to adhere to Company OHS policies and best practice;
n
possess good communications skills;
n
have good attention to detail;
n
have a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.
n

This is a long term position with penalty rates paid for all overtime, and career progression opportunities for the right drivers.
n
In accordance with our Company's recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre Employment Medical, which includes a drug test.
n
A current driving history, with a good driving record will also need to be provided.
