As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of residential projects, working closely with our Project Managers, Director, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Managing residential projects from commencement through to handover
n
Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
n
Programming works and planning 2-4 weeks ahead
n
Maintaining project timelines and identifying potential delays early
n
Conducting regular quality and workmanship inspections
n
Identifying and managing defects before the next trade commences
n
Reading and interpreting architectural, structural and construction drawings
n
Ensuring trades are working to drawings, specifications and required standards
n
Maintaining clean, organised and professional sites
n
Managing site safety and compliance requirements
n

About you
n
n
Has experience with custom or high-end residential homes
n
Has strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
n
Can confidently read and interpret construction drawings
n




Is highly organised and able to manage multiple trades and priorities
n
Plans ahead rather than constantly reacting to problems
n
Is confident having difficult conversations when standards aren't being met
n
Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Is reliable, accountable and takes initiative
n
