Salesforce Business Analyst
End Date: 6 months from start date
Hours/day:8 hours / 40 hours a week

Key accountabilities of the role:
A Business Analyst is required to review the Salesforce business platform and associated processes supporting licensing and compliance services.
Overview
Consult with staff to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyse existing systems, structures, processes and procedures.
Develop and embed improvements that increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.




Recommend practical solutions that make effective use of organisational resources.
Assist with the design and configuration of S
alesforce and Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop appropriate user permissions and access controls to support privacy, data integrity and cybersecurity.
Ensure proposed solutions align or integrate with existing departmental software wherever practical.
Essential Skills and Experience
Experience in business analysis, process improvement,
Salesforce and Power BI is highly desirable.
Regional applicants are preferred.
