Consider It Done Cleaning is seeking enthusiastic and reliable
Casual Cleaners
to join our growing team in Rockhampton & Surrounding Areas. This is a
casual position
that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of cleaning projects across our diverse client base. As a Casual Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that our clients expect, whilst contributing to the reputation and success of Consider It Done Cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising surfaces in residential and commercial properties
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuum cleaners, mops, steam cleaners and pressure washers where applicable
Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standard
Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately in accordance with environmental guidelines
Report any maintenance issues or damage to supervisors promptly
Maintain a skilled appearance and demeanour whilst representing Consider It Done Cleaning
Work independently and as part of a team to meet client expectations and project deadlines
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times on site
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in cleaning services or a similar role is desirable but not essential
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
Excellent time management and reliability
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to different work environments
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Current police check or willingness to obtain one
Valid driver's licence is a must
