UnitingCare Children, Young People and Families in Toowoomba is seeking a Casual Supported Living Facilitator to provide in-home care, daily living support and companionship. You will visit clients in their homes, help with personal care, meal prep, house tasks and transport to appointments, while promoting independence and wellbeing.
