Evolve Early Learning & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our growing team in Grovedale.

About the Role
n
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Evolve, you will:
n
n
Deliver high-quality, play-based and intentional teaching experiences that support children's learning, development and individual interests.
n
Develop and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with the EYLF V2.0 and National Quality Standard (NQS).
n
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued, capable and supported.
n
Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
Observe, assess and document children's learning and use this information to inform curriculum planning.
n
Support children's wellbeing, inclusion and individual learning needs.
n
Work collaboratively with educators to ensure consistency and continuity of learning.
n




Establish strong partnerships with families and actively encourage their involvement in their child's learning journey.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement, reflective practice and the ongoing development of the centre's educational program.
n
Provide professional guidance, mentorship and support to educators within the learning environment.
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an ECT who:
n
n
Holds a recognised Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
n
Is passionate about early childhood education and delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
n
Has a strong understanding of the EYLF V2.0 and National Quality Standards
n
Has excellent knowledge of child development, play-based learning and intentional teaching.
n
Is confident in planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating an engaging curriculum.
n
Builds positive and respectful relationships with children, families and educators.
n
Is confident working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
n
Is reflective, innovative and enthusiastic about continuous professional growth.
n
Has excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
n
Is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
n
Current VIT registration or eligibility for registration.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
n
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
n
