The Role
n
Reporting to the Head of Capital Projects, this role will support the coordination, monitoring and reporting of capital projects across multiple business units and sites.
n
Working across a broad portfolio of engineering projects, your key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Maintain master project schedules and monitor key milestones and deliverables
n
Assist with the development of project plans, schedules, scopes and documentation
n
Maintain engineering drawings, technical documents, standards and specifications
n
Monitor project progress and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
n
Liaise with project managers, engineering consultants, contractors and suppliers
n
Visit project sites as required to support the delivery of the capital project portfolio
n
n




Your Background
n
You are a technically minded and highly organised Project Coordinator who enjoys working across multiple engineering projects and stakeholders. You will also have:
n
n
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Process Engineering, Project Management background with an interest in developing your project management career
n
2D AutoCAD engineering drawing experience with exposure to 3D modelling ideal
n
Strong technical and report writing capability
n
Proficiency across Microsoft Project and Office
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing project workplace
n
Driver's licence and willingness to undertake occasional
regional/interstate
travel
n
n
