We are looking for a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of the coordination, quality and growth of our scribe services, and assist with other recruitment processes.
n
This is a unique prospect to play a key role in supporting government merit selection processes, working closely with clients and a network of highly skilled professionals to support selection processes.
n
You'll be a natural relationship builder with exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating scribe and other government assignments
n
Building strong relationships with government departments, agencies and other clients.
n
Ensuring client and correspondence, notes and activities are accurately recorded.
n
Contributing to request for quotes, ensuring they are accurate, competitive and aligned with established rates and time allocations.
n
Supporting a team of professional scribes.
n
Monitoring timesheets to ensure accuracy.
n
Maintaining a high-quality pool of professional scribes and proactively sourcing new talent to strengthen the database.
n
Supporting the continuous improvement of processes, systems and technology used in government selection processes.
n
Ensuring documentation and records comply with relevant government requirements, guidelines and standards.
n
Contributing to the growth of the scribe services business through outstanding client service and operational excellence.
n

We're looking for someone who has:
n
n
Proven experience coordinating people, processes or professional services.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing quotes and tenders.
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
n
The confidence and interpersonal skills to work effectively with government clients, candidates, scribes and stakeholders.
n
The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
n
A robust understanding of confidentiality, privacy and information management.
n
An understanding of government recruitment or merit selection processes, or the ability to learn these quickly.
n
A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
n
A strong commitment to transparency, accountability and professional standards.
n
Confidence using systems and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
n
