Alpha Abilities Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric therapy team across Sydney. We have built our service around supporting clinicians to deliver excellent therapy. With dedicated administration, scheduling and billing support, structured supervision, protected non-clinical time and no billable KPI targets, our clinicians are able to focus on what they do best: helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions to children with a range of communication needs.




Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
Provide therapy across a variety of community settings including homes, schools and childcare environments.
Collaborate with families, educators and members of our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic support.
Monitor participant progress and adapt intervention strategies to maximise outcomes.
Complete clinical documentation, reports and progress notes in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through professional development, supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What you'll need to succeed -
Bachelor's/master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to travel to various locations within your designated territory.
Valid working with children check.
Valid driver's license.
