Designing and delivering modern cloud-based data and AI architectures.

Assessing existing environments and defining future-state data platforms.

Leading technical design sessions and translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Building modern lakehouse, warehouse, streaming and data engineering platforms.
n
Evaluating architectural options, articulating trade-offs and driving technical decisions.
n
Breaking complex solutions into explicit engineering workstreams.
n
Providing technical leadership across engineering teams.
n
Remaining hands-on across architecture, engineering and solution design.
n
Supporting solution shaping and technical scoping for new initiatives.

Assessing existing environments and defining future-state data platforms.
n
Leading technical design sessions and translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Building modern lakehouse, warehouse, streaming and data engineering platforms.
n
Evaluating architectural options, articulating trade-offs and driving technical decisions.
n
Breaking complex solutions into clear engineering workstreams.
n
Providing technical leadership across engineering teams.
n
Remaining hands-on across architecture, engineering and solution design.
n
Supporting solution shaping and technical scoping for new initiatives.
n
What we're looking for You'll bring broad data architecture experience together with deep expertise in modern data engineering technologies.n
nExperience across some of the following would be highly regarded:n

Lakehouse & Big Data:
Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg
n
Cloud Data Platforms:
Snowflake, Databricks SQL, Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse
n
Data Engineering:




Fivetran, dbt and cloud-native ETL/ELT services
n
Programming:
Python, Scala, Java and SQL
n
Streaming:
Apache Kafka, Databricks Structured Streaming and cloud-native streaming platforms
n
AI & Machine Learning:
Databricks ML, MLflow and cloud-native ML services
n
Orchestration:
Apache Airflow, Databricks Workflows and dbt
n
Containers:
Kubernetes and cloud-native container platforms
n
Analytics & BI:
Power BI, Tableau, Sigma and Databricks SQL Dashboards
n
Cloud:
AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform
n
You'll be comfortable working autonomously, breaking down ambiguous technical problems and communicating architecture decisions clearly to both technical and senior stakeholders.n
