Teoma Group in Dandenong South is seeking a flexible HR Coordinator for a part time, six-month parental leave contract. The role works 24 hours per week, with days negotiable, 7:30am–4:30pm in office, supporting management and staff across the organisation.
You will coordinate HR processes, assist with performance reviews, onboarding, and Work Cover claims, while ensuring compliance with EBA, Fair Work Act and company policies.
