ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experiencedFleet and Procurement Coordinatorwhowill provide a
crucialroletoprovidededicated
administration and coordination of fleet, procurement,
inventory,supplierand
insurance activities across the Group, inclusive of all majority owned subsidiaries. The roleis responsible
forprovidingadministrativesupport,
enabling
businessprocesses,and
accuracy toenablethe Procurement Managerto focus




onstrategicdecision
making.

Responsibilities:

n
Fleet
compliancemaintainedacross
registrations,
servicing,recallsand
vehicle records.
n
Effective coordination of fleet activities throughSmartfleet.
n
Fleet repairs, serviceeventsand supplier interactions coordinated with minimal disruption.
n
Timely processing of purchase orders and procurement requests.
n
Procurement
documentationmaintainedto
audit ready standard.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Previousexperience in fleet administration, procurement administration, supply chain, asset
management,logisticsor
a similar coordination role.
n
Ability to manage severaltasks and responsibilities
n
Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills,including a explicit and professional communication style and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse
n
Ability to
workautonomoslyandeffectively
in a teamenvironment
